I.e. 2 megaboom’s make a pair, 2 boom 2’s make a pair etc. So I was having this problem on the boom 2’s and megaboom’s but once I updated to the latest firmware this problem was solved and I haven’t had any problems since then. In devices and printers search for Bluetooth devices, add a device and select Megaboom. That should help. Otherwise, you can always connect UE's support team.
