I have the opportunity to take an 88 alltrac turbo celica off of someone’s hands for free, he says all it needs is a head gasket but it still runs and drives. The offset is how far from the centre line of the alloy the mounting point is. You can fit wheels with a slightly different offset and it should be fine.
