Chapie, I am the one that told you originally to swap frames and slides. This works on the 45 ACP because the frames are the exact same for the service and tactical. The only difference with the compact frame is the grip is chopped. You will also be able to do this with the XD 9 service and tactical, and the XD 40 service and tactical.
