The CDC still marks it as purple/moderate risk, but from what I can glean from various searches online, it seems there haven't been new cases reported since 2019 and the CDC removed their USVI Zika warning several years ago. You can go all week and never loose sight of land but sail for 3-4 hours a day and spend the morning or afternoon at a different mooring on a different island. With the USVI there are 3 main islands.
