Start by forbidding all of those flaps and planting dandelions in the enclosures. When the dandelions are grown, unforbid one of the animal flaps and your animals will go graze that area (no need for roping or a pen marker). When the dandelions are depleted, switch the flap back to forbidden and unforbid another area.
