Mercury 60 hp bigfoot problems.

After approximately 150 hours of use (beginning of summer and end of spring) my [Mercury 60-HP Bigfoot] motor started to have a problem at lower RPM. This was a few weeks after the typical 100 hour maintenance package where the spark plugs and fuel filter were changed. It appears to miss or stutter slightly between 1,200 and 2,500-RPM.It start quickly and work well. Then it begin to be a little erratic at idle, but still ok. It run very well above 2000 rpms, but if you stay between 1000 and 2000 for a while it begin to loose power and stall. I changed the IAC valve but the problem persist.
