At the end of the day Kreia is a sith trying to bend reality to her whims regardless of who gets hurt. Same story as every sith who's ever lived. But she has a unique take on it. My overall point here is don't read too deeply into KOTOR 2. The game is designed to puzzle you and make you ask questions.
