Here's an odd one: I went to Portland which is renowned for hosting Nong's Khao Man Gai, and for such a simple (yet apparently difficult to master?) dish, I thought it'd be in abundance here in Seattle.. Strangely though, I'm having a very hard time finding it via Yelp or other sources — some places have disappeared, others only serve it as a special once a week, etc.
