Keystone avalanche problems.

The reason for my question is we purchased a 2021 Avalanche 378BH less than a week ago for winter RV camping in the Colorado. The water lines on the 378BH from in the kitchen and rear of the RV froze on the first night with outdoor temperatures of ~18 degree F, which is well above -4 degrees F which the Polar Package is guaranteed for.So during vacation in South Carolina, we decided to trade our 2005 Prowler 32DBHS (kids are grown)on a 2012 Keystone Avalanche 345TG. Always had Fleetwoods and was weiry of going to Keystone i.e. Thor. Bought the fifth wheel and headed back the 2000 miles to home.
