And I'd really recommend getting lance before doing any cox if you care about efficiency. And post-bowfa you can do zulrah whenever, technically most efficient to do post-occult but a lot of people might opt to do bowfa only rather than full switches.

Bowfa is a luxury item. There's no need for it anywhere tbh. 100% not at zulrah lol. Zulrah is one of the bosses you can do very early if you're decent at it. Best to wait for trident but once you have trident, zulrah is easy mode. No bowfa needed at allCrystal armor always with bowfa. It is a must. You can use it everywhere, dragons, nex, raids, gwd, zulrah, hydra, wilderness, slayer tasks etc. And its very good there. At hydra it is my go to weapon. Excellent prayer bonus and has no cost (corrupted bow). feasible, not very good though. Depends if you only going to get bowfa just for zulrah. If so then not really worth. Most ironman uses it because the only upkeep is crystal shards instead of ammo costs. It is definitely sufficiently good as I can get a <1 min kill with bowfa only rigour serp helm and thralls. Zulrah for example T bow is only about 5% more DPS than bowfa. Now if you only plan on doing the few bosses T bow slaps at then by all means keep it. But selling will open you to a lot more content without taking a huge hit on DPS where you’d otherwise use T bow.

You'll get the hours out of the bow, especially if you plan on spending time at Muspah, Zulrah, GWD. Update: I corrupted it and haven't looked back!
