the zen cpu is 35% superior to a 8370 , very close to the 40% amd tell us weeks ago. the 40% = ipc improvements. so the clock difference between the fx and zen should be subtracted from that. 8370 runs at 4.0 ghz. 35% better while up against a cpu with 21% higher clocks = 42.35% IPC improvement.
