The protagonists are as strong as a 16-23y, slim and slightly athletic japanese boy/girl can be. They're not gonna be deadlifting 500 pounds or anything like that. Personas in real life are a thing and can accomplish some decent feats, like being strong enough to open stuck elevator/airplane doors and breaking through concrete walls.
