In other words, the Starlink app is unable to reach the Starlink router. Usually, you just need to connect back to your Starlink Wifi network to fix this issue. Its been at least 2 hours and Starlink is still in it's Offline/booting mode. When I plugged it in the dish repositioned itself within just a few minutes.
