We already seen the main points of interests.I second the Cafe Tortoni recommendation. Also to note, we arrived just a few minutes before the scheduled start without plans to see the show. They told us it would cost 18,000 pesos cash for the three of us. We did not have that on us. After a few minutes counting our money, they lowered the price to 12,000.The hotel is not trying to rip you off. The law says you have to pay the 21% VAT tax whenever you pay in cash, and that includes US bills in cash. As said on a previous post, the ONLY way not to pay the VAT is a) to be a non-resident and b) pay with CC or wire transfer from abroad.I can recommend Alvaro, a taxi transfer and city tour service (tel. +5491126520285). Alvaro charges $20 US a fairly standard rate (eqiv. $ 1,200 Pesos).
