If you have a lot of mods and you think that it's just one mod that's causing the crash and you have no way of knowing which mods are "known good" - use a binary search rather than re-enabling one at a time. After you deactivated all your mods, switch *a single* mod on and try again. If that works, add mod per mod until you found the mod causing the issue.
