With nothing but ENB, SKSE, and the particle patch (everything else disabled within MO), the deformation of this mesh still occurs - but still only in Whiterun, which is the most baffling bit. Going anywhere else with that particular mesh and performing the same procedure (repeatedly transitioning in/out of a nearby cell) results in no issues.

I was tried to tweak every parameter in enb menu, and didn't found any that would influence to this exact meshes looks. So decided to disassembly whole my build to find culprit, and it's turned out to be ParticlePatch. It adds new nifs for those beams (like fxambbeamxbdust_dim01.nif), that ELFX use for windows.

I'll post a fix. Being my mod too Embers HD already uses particle patch meshes as a base. TechAngel85 No USLEEP meshes are used, mainly because many of the fixes in USLEEP are subjective and not fixes per se, although I admit that's the case with some of the particle patch stuff too.
