I don't see a link to a skin anywhere in the description.. Anyway if its an .osk file, open it with osu! or drag it to the osu! window. If it's in RAR format, just copy the folder onto your osu!/Skin folder.

I know how to make a link for my skin but when friends go to download it, the file zips up, then you have to manually put it into the skins folder. (Not that much of a pain) I was wondering how to do it so when the download is complete, it opens right up into osu!. Thanks for the help.
