I believe this is simply a bug. I saved both mausoleums in the mountaintops of the giants for after I beat the final boss as well as Malenia. I also copied my save to allow me to replay as necessary. I am able to duplicate a remembrance at only one of the two mausoleums. Once I use either one of them, the other one becomes unusable.If I think I know were you mean. Spoiler ahead...
