On my way home from work today stopped at store and as I was pulling into the parking space I noticed the MIL came on. I put it into "Park" then noticed the green light for "Drive" was blinking. I shut the car off, read the owners manual about the MIL. My understanding is that the only way to diagnose injectors (without pulling them) is by using Honda's proprietary scan tool. If you've ruled out vacuum/unmetered air, I'd recommend a dealer scan.
