While handlebar if off, check to make sure brake switch is OK (visual inspection). Take brake cable off the hand brake lever and re-seat. If it does not, remove panel near power button. Make sure throttle connector to ESC is OK. There's also a chance that the throttle has gone bad (look up on YouTube).
