I've been using the Dish USB OTA adapter on my Hopper 3 for about a month now. A few days ago, the Hopper3 started not allowing me to view any of the OTA channels. Each channel remains in the guide. When I select the channel, the choose tuner screen appears, as if the single OTA tuner was already in use.

I only have 1 local channel that I set up in my guide (My local CBS that is no longer carried by Dish) I do have the local channels package w/Dish, just not CBS. I have an intermittent issue with DVR Timers that I manually set for the OTA channel CBS, but recording does not occur. (not a series recording, just "this" episode only)
