Well, aside from a few weapons that have innate corrosive or viral damage, you can't do corrosive/viral on the same weapon. But yeah, slash, corrosive, and viral are overall the strongest damage types in the game. With all three, the procs are extremely useful, and as a bonus they're not too weak against anything important.
