You can use a unibit to carefully modify the Teryx holes with a slight bevel to allow the Commander lug nuts to fit down in the bolt holes, but don't make the entire hole larger tho. Also, sadly I am not sure about the offset. If you don't need it to be exact, then going with a 12x6 4+2 front and 12x8 5+3 rear should be about right, maybe a bit wider than stock. If it has to be exact (needs to fit in a trailer or thru some tight areas) I would suggest getting some wheels and measuring them so you can be sure.
