It works incredibly well with Sacrosanct so long as you use the compatibility patch. And IIRC the Daywalker perk is unlocked through the Blue Blood quest in Sacrosanct (where you go around Skyrim feeding off powerful individuals like jarls, Elenwen, etc and you get special perks for each person you feed on.
