Valkyr is fun but she's spin attack heavy. If you try to use her besides she's a bit flat, but her spin attack wrecks worlds. You've probably seen a hundred people suggest Kullervo - subsume his Wrathful Advance onto Valkyr over her 1, boom. (If you don't know what subsuming is yet.... don't worry, you will, keep doing story.)

Gloom by far it gives Garuda healing which feeds into her 3 and gives her a useful slow. Reave can also be somewhat helpful in that if you want something different. There are basically 4 frames that most people want to subsume: Rhino for Roar, Oberon for augmented smite (for those edilon hunters), Valkyr for Eternal War for melee centric players, and Wisp for Breach Surge shenanigans with heavy AOE frames, and maybe one or two others outside of those depending on your play style.
