Persona 3 doesn't have Skewer, but it does have Cleave. There's a clear difference between Bash and Cleave despite both skills being similar. This seems like an early game gripe, but these redundant skills are scattered throughout the game. It actually inflates Persona 4's skill count without actually adding anything to the game.
