You go in to open at 10 AM. Take a 30 minute break, go in, and don't leave until 3/4 AM, just to come back at 10. Money for a double was $150, usually, and I made more than that working a single lunch shift at other restaurants. Kids come in and walk out/stiff, and adults are dumb.
