Lbg builds mhr.
Sticky slice lbg works but it isn't as good as elemental. Getting it to work well also requires some good rolls on talismans and qurios armor crafting. If you can get the rolls, it's still a so so build for solo. Where it shines is when you have a group with really high dps. This is my current build:

Grab Jyuratodus LBG (in 5*) or go all in on Nargacuga (6*). Jyura is probably easier to make since you don't have to grind out narga marrow/medulla, assuming you're cool with RF Spread 2 (honestly pretty fun now that the recoil on it isn't stupid). If you're dying for a workable LBG right now the Mizutsune LBG does pretty good for Pierce 3 ...And it's so squishy because it requires the health drain skills. That being said, I can kill both crabs with Astalos LBG in under 2 minutes. Not gonna lie, recently I've been using the Rapid Normal 2 Gore LBG, AngBata11 posted the build. It depends on the type of ammo you wanna use. You pretty much always want free element/ammo up on all bow gun builds. Other than that try to get spare shot and then buff up the ammo type ur using (e.g. normal ammo up or boosting your specific element) But yeah lbg was kind of shafted in high rank and is pretty hard to make effective.For raw pierce, the best LBG is Primordial Malzeno's foe Rapid Fire Pierce 2. For elemental LBG, Rapid Fire Elemental Pierce is weaker (less DPS) than single-Elemental Pierce. However, the RF ele pierce can be more ammo efficient, but the builds are very demanding as to deal good damage, they will need the skill [Rapid Fire Up], not to mention ...Reduces knockback and stamina depletion when Guard ing. 【Reason】. I found that slicing/sticky build kills monster faster than pure sticky build. Yomigaeru 3 years ago #3. Try that build with the Tigrex HBG.
