Hive Soldier. Sooooo many disadvantages; they're only good guards. That said, I rather like Hive Prince, especially on Rock Bottom: it's easy enough to club a sand ninja over the head and then turn him in for a 10k bounty when you have that +20% to athletics, +20% to stealth and +20% to toughness.

Prince can wear most headgear, worker can wear some, soldier cannot wear any vanilla. I'm talking about the Prince and the Workers. They are just about the same.
