Theres a Lost One called Kum'isha the Collector in the middle of the Blasted Lands that gives 2 quests. Two Bloodmages near the enterance of the zone gives you 5 quests.

I also do not remember if the dark portal will throw you in Draenor or Outland. I can't think of a specific toy or item that can take you directly there, though.
