Changing the belt was not all that much trouble. Disconnect pump from mount and take the shaft coupler apart. Not that much trouble, no need to remove any hydraulic hoses. I just used some bailing wire to hold the pump out of my way.

The 724 Loader is for 4 cylinder tractor it built before the 3 cylinder tractors came out . If you look up production years you will see that . Yes it will fit your 841 but I don’t recommend it . It was designed for Light Duty Industrial 2000/4000 tractors with non adjustable front ends because of the increased lifting capacity .
