The cuts are small enough, and the adjustment period long enough, that after cutting, I’ve started getting the “magic” back with kratom. Now at 7gpd, I have no ill effects, and many good ones. My goal is between 4-6gpd, which I consider long term sustainable. My dosing schedule is 4x per day, 6am, 9am, 1130am, and 430pm. Red definitely gives a different boost to certain parts of my being (pain relief, muscle tightness) Whereas green / white are 100% mood and energy boosting.
