The AT&T guy who helped me said that Active Armor's issues is with their server. He also told me to give it an hour or two and call the 611 number. Wifi security and safe browsing are on and green. I am connected to a hotspot with a password. The VPN is enabled in my settings(Att Active armor is the only one on my phone). When I search my IP is is the same as when I have the VPN turned off.

It's been over 6 months and ATT still hasn't fixed my issue. I recently bought a new phone a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 and active armor won't work on it either.
