ShoTz25. •. Premarket Gappers are all I trade. I focus on previous chart history, premarket chart, volume, heavy resistance and fundamentals. Also, the float of a stock is very important. If it has a small float I won’t short it in the premarket. Pretty much the first Green Day I won’t short low float stocks.
Strategy #1 – Be Weary of the First Candle. The first 5-minute bar can tell you a lot about the strength of the stock. When I first started out I would just buy the breakout on the first 5-minute bar.
