If you aren't on new game plus/not using skill cards, I would say very hard. Otherwise you could just buy all the top skills when you need them and it would be challenging but not impossible. Izanagi is not that difficult actually with good skills. Though for P4 - fusion hell awaits.

The intent is to make you fuse often to keep up, and since your Izanagi is 20 levels lower than the closest boss you might as well ditch him.

The build works upon its strengths--Primal Force is helped by Arms Master (for a cheaper cost), Apt Pupil (for a higher crit rate), Power Charge (obviously). While, at the same time, it blocks Izanagi's weakness to wind and completely negates all instant death attacks.
