I'd choose Sorobor. Mana Infuse is unique, it's better than ethereal Varnish. Varnish converts 10% of base damage while Mana Infuse converts 25%. With the Dreamer Halberd it looks like this: +21.25 ethereal damage with Mana Infuse, +19.5 with a Varnish. Not a huge difference, but Mana Imbue is essentially infinite with only a minute of downtime.
