All of Medved is permanently snowy and as of the latest update it also has wolves. Thanks to that and the changes to moose behavior it has four species that can go aggressive on you: wolves, moose, boars, and capercaillies. So if you enjoy defending yourself against the wildlife in the snow it seems like a great choice.

It has 0 reindeer! I couldn't ...For the wounded reindeer mission, go to the camp and look on your map. You will see the highlighted area where the mission objective is located. Place a waypoint marker in the center of the marked area and from the camp, crouch (use anti-odor spray) and just head for the center marker. You will run into the reindeer. The rock must be completely clear of snow to read it, and I'm not sure under what conditions it melts down.
