Ive been trying to mine and when i scan rocks it doesnt show the red and green bar- ive tried this on multiple rocks and it doesnt work on nearly all of them; the ones it does work on stop working after i break them once. Yes and no. No: Asteroid mining has a bug where some rocks cannot be scanned. Yes: Go mine on Lyria, and don't waste your time in Aaron Halo/others. Lyria has bigger and better rocks. All rocks are scannable there. Search for cluster/chunk of rocks there, a cluster will always be Quantanium rocks.
