New guy with a problem. Have a Gator 4x2 I bought two years ago and have had few problems`. However, when checking the drive belts recently, I noticed that the bolt attaching the secondary clutch was loose, actually hanging out and held in placer by the exhaust pipe. Don't know how long it has been like that, but the machine still drives.

If i did have a utility vehicle it would be a new cushman, now that's a stout machine. The drive train in gator's is pretty universal and in a lot of different machine's. They don't have that many problem's. My main problem with gator's is their light load capacity, uneven tire wear and that hip breaking little rail beside the seat's.Gator Clutch Problem. Noisy clutch. I have a 2013 825I that I bought new. It has 50 hrs on it now and has had 3 clutches counting the original. My dealer replaced the original clutch at 40 hrs. because it was getting hard to shift and jumping out of gear. I took it back to them last month after about 8 hrs use because of clutch noise especially when cold.
