I have the exact same issue with Shadowheart. Except she’s a soul echo. Paid Withers the 200 coin and he did his thing but she’s still a soul echo. I tried clicking on her and I got a cut scene where the artifact flew to me and Asterion said “I think it likes you”. So I guess she’s dead for good.

In Act one after the grove, which from what i remember i ended up spending time with karlach, no sex though and i didnt specifiacally reject shadow either. The 2nd scene was after i finished shadows last story quest in act 3. Kinda like when Gale shows you a magic trick and it locks you out because people think you played with his magic wand. Minthara's romance doesn't really proceed until end of Act 2/beginning of Act 3. Anyway, I started the romance with Shadowheart and was still able to romance Minthara later. I'm romancing Shadowheart so I haven't seen a single sexy scene so far so I hire the lady, follow her like half a mile at a walking pace to a room, only for her to go "we offer this super premium service where we do everything IN THE DARK" and surely enough the whole scene was just a black screen with dialog and now I feel scammed at every level xDJaheira is a hero of the previous Baldur's Gate games.
