Seems perfect to me. I don't see any reason to change it. is Regenerate 3 necessary? it kinda there so I have less HP cost to use Yoshitune (practically arms master make it cost 12.5% of my health, while my hp regen 6% each turn, but if i do Power Charge + Hassou everytime i'll regen 12% of my health, leaving me practically 0.5% hp cost for Hassou)
If you want to use Kaguya as a dungeon crawler I recommend actually using Yoshitsune insted of her. In every one of my playthroughs I fuse a Yoshitsune who is immune or absorbs every attack and sprinkle some Victory Cry there and add the skill that Thor has which halves the hp for the skills. Nearly any Yoshitsune build is broken because of Hassou Tobi and your coverage is really good on it's own. If you don't have any other reliable personas, I probably wouldn't actually change anything about your build aside from upgrading the nulls to absorbs or repels (and maybe switching heat riser for dekaja/dekunda depending on the next boss).

The absorb/reflect scenario is the only scenario I've seen that is valid, but it's also really uncommon and usually limited to trash mobs to which there's other answers. When we're talking about Personas this powerful, its not like anything can kill you anymore. You're pretty much unstoppable.
