Disabled all spawn changes within config for Fin’s AI… that didn’t do it either. Fin, the author of the mod has said he is aware of the current issues with gear and AI difficulties regardless of what we (the players) change. Somehow 12.12 isn't responding to some mods right, too technical for my brain to explain lol. My best advice I can give is to just keep testing and trying things out bud.

Downgrades EFT client files - only needed if latest EFT is not supported by SPTI first started playing, and only ever encountered raiders that werent pmc. I only had Fins ai, Decided to try downloading Bread and butter and The lua cp after I couldnt find any PMCs. Ive messed with the config of the ai tweaks to make all raiders and scavs to pmcs.
