Dual wield bleed build has been nerfed, but I think they still are the strongest bleed build out there. In those cases, heavy arcane investment is the way to go. Your bleed will stop scaling at 50, but you can get good returns on damage up to 80 just like a standard dex build.

Poleblade is very nice for people who like having a super powerful ace up their sleeve with the weapon art. The charged R2 is also quite good for bleed procs. Honestly, ER does a very good job with build diversity. 95% of builds feel great--I keep finding myself switching up my weapon loadouts, without even respecing.

on a personal note, I think this weapon is pretty terrible. a regular twinblade with any blood ash of war is better than that weapon. I leved that weapon to +9 and its still at 54 bleed build up. that is terrible. on any other twinblade that I can add bleed to, the bleed is like 90+.
