Food are the basic and advanced consumables for survival in Conan Exiles. Thralls will automatically eat certain foods if placed in their inventory. For thrall healing rates, see their diet table. 21k was my highest but that was with lvl 20 Auth perk. Have a look at firesparks and Waks thrall videos. The highest for health is the relic hunters if i recall, then snowhunter, cimmerian berserker, and Lian is down about 5th or 6th somewhere. For bow use abyssal summoned (unlimited arrows). in fight send in zombies and kite them with your unlimited arrows or switch to daggers and get some poison going and kite. Agility: 20. Obviously an agility build will be full agility. Deadshot is extremely great if you're using a bow. The arrows are much faster and it is much easier to land shots with it.
