Honestly one comsae will be closer for some ppl compared to another. Your best bet is just taking an average of all the ones you take (first time only). If you hit 400+ you will maybe pass. If you hit 450+ you'll probably pass. I think it is new, along with the 108 and 111. If you find anything out, let us know if there is anything super high yield or if there is a subject they focused on a ton (like some of the level 1 comsaes that focused on OB-GYN stuff mostly or heme/onc lol) Im taking 112 tomorrow. How many questions do you need to get right to score a 400 on COMSAE? I mark at least 25 questions each block but still get slightly above 400. I have read somewhere that a pass or a 400 is normally 50-55% max correct. Take it with a grain of salt because opinions tend to conflict on this topic a lot.
