Zippers 575 or Crane 290-2 or S&S 570 all come to mind so does a Wood TW6. All of these are available in chain drive but if the bike will be racking up miles I would go gear drive. If gear drive is prefered the Wood TW5 could work well too, but may be noisier than the rest. Very good bolt in for a 96", little undercammed for the 103" but produces great torque in every range and a wonderful cam for touring (with a little racing fun too). Very quiet and well mannered. No cam noise like some of the other cams out there.

But with good pipes, tune and comp releases it will run great. 10:1 cr is moderate...190 psi ccc.

That should put you at 10:25-1 compression with the factory 103" heads. Use the +.10 pistons so the machinist can hone your stock barrels to fit the new pistons.
