I really liked playing BD with doom 2 reloaded and UAC Ultra though the final boss thing is glitched in UAC ultra, still the the rest of the wad very fitting for BD. Playing UAC Ultra now. Ancient Aliens, Valiant, Eviternity, Auger Zenith are some of my favorites that don't get too bad difficulty-wise, though they can get quite challenging in places. I think I found Going Down harder than those at its hardest, but that's subjective of course. If you haven't gone into Final Doom, those might be a good place to start too.
