this is pretty late so you have already figured this out, but when creating the getfixedboi seed, stars fall in the background and your cursor turns into a smiley face made out of a crescent moon and stars for eyes. when your cursor comes into contact with a falling star, the star gets reflected and makes the meowmer sound.
