Fins AI Tweaks or FAIT. I know on the mod page it claims to make the game more difficult, buts its entirely modular. You can tweak and turn off anything about it that you dont want. The difficulty it adds feels natural. Fights are more engaging, AI feel less like aimbot turrets, but push and maneuver around you more.

I'm enjoying Fin's mod and am continually tweaking the settings to my liking. You may want to try messing the the three settings at the top of his config file.
