It's ok to admit you haven't tried this, most people wouldn't unless they have discovered an extra star core outside of NUKA WORLD and decided to test this theory. Nah the one in the dump respawns every three days. Well they should have made a better DLC. You need to turn on the power at nuka world.I have found all 34 cores except for the one on the top floor of star control. But for some reason, picking up one of the cores gave me 2 units instead of one. Simply put, I was able to open the display case without having to finish the dlc.
